• Remaining calm and appropriate in all situations

• Avoiding any conduct that could place a child or young person at risk

• Respecting cultural, personal, and family differences
   

Zero Tolerance Policy

BookaNanny.mx does not tolerate under any circumstances:

• Physical punishment

• Humiliation, intimidation, or emotional harm

• Inappropriate language or behavior

• Neglect or lack of supervision

• Abuse of power or breach of trust
